OPIS
As part of the BTC complex, we rent land for a period of 3 years. The land can serve different uses. The land has regulated access and is gravelled. There is no other infrastructure on the land. We rent immediately for the price of EUR 1.00/m2. The cost of the agency's additional services is divided so that the tenant pays the agency's cost in the amount of 1/2 of the monthly rent and VAT.
